Dressage and

Deadlifts

Congratulations on taking the first step towards becoming a more balanced, supple, sympathetic rider! As an industry, we spend a lot of time focusing on the training and athletic development of our four legged friends - we should also dedicate the same time and attention to our own physical training! I aim to work with you closely to find out any problem areas you are already aware of, as well as a detailed discussion on any schooling issues you may be having - these can often be linked into physical imbalances in our own bodies.

Before working with you I will invite you to attend a free 10 minute initial assessment via zoom, to get an idea of where you and your horse currently are in your journey and to discuss your fitness aims. From there, we can book an initial session with a mixture of strength, cardiovascular and suppleness exercises, as well as any area's you would specifically like to address.

After our initial session, if you wish to continue then we will design an initial programme based on where we feel your weak area's are over a 6 week period.
